Drumheller Chrysler is looking for a detail oriented, ethical individual to fill a role as Controller.
Drumheller Chrysler is a privately owned dealership, which has proudly served the Drumheller valley and area for almost 25 years!
Drumheller Chrysler is a new and pre-owned vehicle dealership with a service shop and parts department. This position would entail managing the accountant and HR department.

-Establish and monitor internal controls and regulatory compliance
-Financial planning, budgeting and expense control
-Prepare, analyze and report monthly financial statements and reports
-Support and assist in month and year end processes
-Oversee HR duties, policies and procedures
-Assist in administrative duties as required
-Work with external accountants for year end financials
-Oversee and coordinate administrative personnel
-Oversee and execute all accounting duties
-Manage dealerships day to day cash flow
-Oversee and facilitate payroll duties
-Manage data integrity and information reporting throughout the dealership
-Coordinate the parts department’s annual physical inventory
-Review and maintain all dealership contracts and policies
-Previous accounting/payroll experience
-Post secondary education in a related field
-Dealership experience is considered an asset
-Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to manage priorities, perform various tasks and adhere to required deadlines
-Excellent computer skills are an asset
